America?s Incredible Pizza is a favorite among Tulsa home owners. Although guests who may see a for sale sign outside, owners say the restaurant and family entertainment center will remain in the southeast Tulsa location. Recently, property owners put the building up for sale.
The property at 8314 E. 71st St. is being put on the market by its owner, a Missouri investor. According to a Tulsa real estate agent, it?s not unusual for buildings occupied by large restaurants or retailers to be sold with no effect on the business. Often times, businesses sign long-term leases that aren?t effected by changes in ownership.
The 95,502-square-foot building was originally constructed back in 1991 and housed a Kmart store, which closed in 2002. America?s Incredible Pizza opened in the space back in 2004, and has since become a local hangout for Tulsa home owners and their families. The $8.6 million complex is the Missouri-based chain?s second largest store.
America?s Incredible Pizza features a buffet with a pizza bar, mac and cheese, pasta bar, soups, fresh fruit and more. Their impressive array of desserts include an ice cream bar, numerous cookies, cobblers, bread pudding, and fresh-baked cinnamon rolls. The Fairgrounds is full of more than 100 games for all kinds of fun! Blast your way through outer space, challenge your friends to a game of air hockey, or take your chances to win tickets for big prizes at our redemption center! There is also laser tag, indoor miniature glow in the dark golf, mini bowling, bumper cars, and Go-Karts.
